February 7, 2024 (Updated February 29, 2024)
Dear Non Food Vendor,
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2024 Nez Perce County Fair. Our dates this year are September 19-22. Our official application will be available on our website on March 1. The complete vendor handbook with all rules, guidelines, etc. will also be available at that time. The initial review of applications will take place on or after April 15.
Our layout is still a work in progress. The Fire Marshall is requiring that we leave a 10 foot space between all food vendors, so this will affect our outside layout. Also, our indoor booths will now be 10’x10’ instead of 8’x8’. This is based on the results of the survey that was sent to all vendors following the 2023 Fair.
After spending a lot of time researching how other fairs and events structure their fees, charges, etc., we have made changes to how booth spaces are priced. With our previous pricing structure, there was no consistency in how each booth was priced. Moving forward, all booths will be priced based on a price per square foot and location. The approved prices for the 2024 Fair are as follows:
INDOOR SPACE |
10’x10’ Non-Corner ($3.50/sf) | $350.00 |
10’x10’ Corner ($4.00/sf) | $400.00 |
10’x20’ Non-Corner ($3.50/sf) | $700.00 |
10’x20’ Corner (Not Aisle End-$3.75/sf) | $750.00 |
10’x20’ Aisle End ($4.00/sf) | $800.00 |
10'x15' Corner ($4.00/sf) | $600.00 |
|
Indoor Booths include a table and chairs and 110V 20 Amp Power. Fair will provide power drop, but vendor is responsible for power cords for use within booths.
OUTDOOR SPACE |
10’x10’ ($4.00/sf) | $400.00 |
10’x10’ Prime ($4.50/sf) | $450.00 |
15’x15’ Pillars ($4.00/sf) | $600.00 – NO COVER PROVIDED |
Multiple booths can be purchased and will be assigned together (ie-if you want a 10’x20’, the cost would be the same as 2 10’x10’ or $800)
Outdoor space only includes the space (no table, tent, chairs, etc). Any power or water needs must be indicated on the application. If available, 110V 20 Amp Power will be provided at no charge.
The Nez Perce County Fair Board is starting the Master Planning process. We know our facility and infrastructure are aging and struggle to keep up with our current power, water and sewer needs. We are looking forward to working through the process and are excited for what the future holds. This change is one of many that will help us start upgrades in a timely fashion.
We appreciate you being part of the Fair and look forward to having you join us as we celebrate “Holy Cow, We’re 80 Now!”
Sincerely,
Vanessa
