Horse Arena Closure Notice

Our Horse Arena is currently closed until further notice.

The Idaho State Department of Agriculture has issued a temporary recommendation to stop all equine movement in Idaho due to the current EHV-1 outbreak. While Idaho currently has no confirmed cases, horse owners are strongly urged to pause hauling and follow all recommended biosecurity precautions.

In support of this guidance, the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds Horse Arena will be closed until further notice. We understand this may be an inconvenience, but protecting the health and safety of our local equine community is our top priority.
